out of 5
Based on 51 reviews
The reviews for the British Transport Police are overwhelmingly negative, with users frequently citing poor communication, lack of follow-up on reported crimes, and perceived incompetence. While there are a few positive experiences, the consistent pattern of dissatisfaction suggests significant operational challenges rather than a fraudulent entity.
