Based on 36 reviews
The reviews overwhelmingly describe a pattern of long-term delays, lack of communication, and aggressive upselling tactics regarding pre-ordered software. Given the consistent reports of unfulfilled promises and poor customer service, the company appears to be operating in a highly questionable and potentially illegitimate manner.
Avoid making a payment or sharing personal details. If you already used the site, contact your bank, change any reused passwords, and keep screenshots of messages or receipts.
