While many customers praise the company for its easy website navigation, competitive pricing, and helpful customer service, others have reported significant issues regarding long shipping times and poor product quality. Given the mix of highly positive feedback and specific allegations of misleading product descriptions and hidden costs, the company's legitimacy is questionable and warrants caution.
