While many customers report positive experiences with quick delivery and easy installation, a significant minority of users complain about invalid product keys and unresponsive customer service regarding refund requests. Given the mix of highly satisfied users and serious allegations of non-functional products and poor support, the company's legitimacy is questionable and warrants caution.
