Based on 10.0 reviews
While many customers praise the high quality and aesthetic of the furniture, there are significant reports of poor customer service, non-delivery, and unresponsiveness regarding refunds. The presence of both highly positive experiences and serious complaints regarding business practices suggests the company may be inconsistent or unreliable, though it does not definitively confirm a scam.
Avoid making a payment or sharing personal details. If you already used the site, contact your bank, change any reused passwords, and keep screenshots of messages or receipts.
